Positive: The communication was excellent with the respectful apartment owner and the administrative staff. The apartment was beautiful and quiet, and it had everything a traveler on vacation might need. Its location is very nice and upscale, with a supermarket, a restaurant, a Bank of Egypt branch for foreign currency exchange, and everything a person might need just a few meters away. The residential complex is safe thanks to the building guards, Mr. Karim and Mr. Emam, who helped us on more than one occasion. One of the standout features is that the apartment opens with a code, which is very convenient. Negative: I would like to kindly request that more attention be given to cleanliness, particularly regarding the hand drying towels, bath towels, bed sheets, pillow covers, and floor rugs. We were unfortunately compelled to wash everything before using it, and we also cleaned the house upon our arrival, as it did not meet our expectations for cleanliness.

Positive: Beautiful apartment, would stay again. All facilities are available to feel at home. Negative: Nothing to say. Thank you for accommodating us.
